Overview:

My first project when moving over to Warzone was to work on the iconic Nakatomi Plaza. Not only was I responsible for blocking out and playtesting the two story garage which held the first AI event in Warzone, I also pitched and placed multiple easter eggs from the movie into the tower.

Coke Can:

When Ellis meets with Gruber, Karl can be seen pouring Ellis a glass of Coca-Cola. This is most likely because Ellis, who had been snorting cocaine throughout the film, asked them if they had any coke which they mistook as him mentioning soda.

Taxi and Teddy Bear:

In the garage of Nakatomi Plaza, a taxi can be seen with a teddy bear in the backseat. I was able to place both of these to reference the teddy bear John McClain had at the start of the movie.

Fun fact, the teddy bear John McClane carries on the plane in the opening scenes is the same one Jack Ryan carries with him on the plane in The Hunt for Red October.

Radio:

The radio used by John McClain after evading into the bathroom with bloody feet.

John’s Shoes:

Johns shoes are in the bathroom when he goes to change in the movie, but leaves them in there when he has to escape.
